Translation of the above:
Lately, there are people who understand are wishes and there are more people who follow the rules, which we are very thankful about. However, there are people who are not following these rules, which we need to end. (TOKIO Yamaguchi Tatsuya)
Please help us to lessen the number of people who don’t follow the rules. (A.B.C.-Z Tsukada Ryouichi)
Waiting outside of members houses, Being in the way of filming for dramas or any other TV show, Using a rent-a-car to try to follow members, and then not returning the car, Throwing garbage around members houses or schools, and trouble people around houses or school faculty, Putting letters or other unnecessary things in mailboxes of members… (KAT-TUN Kamenashi Kazuya)
I would like to ask “What would you do if you were in that position?” and “What would you do about school and work?” (Kanjyani8 Nishikido Ryo)
At concerts or events, there is security gaurds around to not bother the ordinary people outside. Yet, there are fans who do not listen to the security gaurds, and at the end, other fans start to get in a bad mood. We will never accept those type of people as fans. Please stop it. (Arashi Ohno Satoshi)
Also, there are people who make rumors around, making fan members confused and sometimes excited, and they start to spread it around to, making us feel very sad. Please do not believe anything unless it says on Johnnys net, or Johnnys web! (Tackey and Tsubasa  Imai Tsubasa)
Making homepages by yourself or selling photos that are not official. Buying or selling these things is a crime. (Kis-My-Ft.2 Kitayama Hiromitsu)
Goods that are sold outside of Johnnys shop and concert shops are illegal items, so please do not buy them. Please do not believe those people who are trying to sell these goods. We have made the tickets cost a certain amount understanding everyone’s allowance, so please do not sell them for different prices at auctions or other places. Please do not buy any very expensive tickets, and please do not sell them to any unfair people. (Kinki Kids/ Domoto Koichi, Domoto Tsuyoshi)
Because of some people, it is very hard for us to do our own work. We would like to do concerts and events all over Japan and over the world, and film dramas and TV shows in many different places, but if it continues to be this way, we will not be able to do anything. For those who understand our feelings and our cheering us on, please help us to get rid of people who can’t follow these rules. (SMAP Kimura Takuya)

We will never acccept those type of people as our fans. Please stop it. I understand this, because it’s talking about fans kicking up a racket to disturb other fans. Or… is it talking about people selling/buying tickets/merchandise outside of the arenas? Because, then, well, that makes sense as well.
We would like to do concerts and events all over Japan and over the world, and film dramas and TV shows in many different places, but if it continues to be this way, we will not be able to do anything. For those who understand our feelings and our cheering us on, please help us to get rid of people who can’t follow these rules. This, on the other hand, hurt. It hurts to hear him say that they work in Japan, this is all they do, and that their work isn’t distributed outside the country. I know selling fake merchandise is wrong, I don’t buy it. But it feels like it’s disregarding the international fans completely.
I know we’re not a part of their market. I know we’re not the target audience. I know they don’t focus on outside on the country, and they may never do so.
But it hurts, because for some people, this is all we have.

^THIS

I understand this to some extent, and we don’t need to discuss about stalkers and disturbing other fans because we all know it is wrong.
Of course, so are buying tickets from scalpers, downloading their shows and music illegally, and buying the fan-made merchandises, but then, how else can we international fans survive as fans? At some point, all of us have crossed these rules, they just need to look at our tumblrs and wonder where the heck we got the screencaps from.
We have made the tickets cost a certain amount understanding everyone’s allowance
I don’t know about other Johnny’s concert, but for an Indonesian like me, it’s almost impossible to watch Arashi’s concert legally. I don’t have any friend in Japan who is willing to register to the fan-club and try to get the tickets for me. by understanding everyone’s allowance here I assume was based on yen’s rate, and perhaps it doesn’t feel that expensive there, BUT one Arashi CD costs like 30 times more expensive than an Indonesian CD, and 10 times more expensive than an English music CD. In all seriousness, it’s too damn expensive. It’s even more expensive than my branded skin care cosmetic products, and of course, my skin = my saving for the future, therefore is more important.
I want to watch their dramas and movies, but how? Buying the original DVD box set? We don’t get the station in our TV, and almost no pirated DVDs while there are tons of kdramas’ pirated dvd in every stall. Because of those pirated drama and music DVDs, Suju and Tohoshinki (and more perhaps, not a kpop fan) can come to Indonesia. In the end, it will also create some money for the company. Perhaps not at the first try, but it’s a long shot and Johnny’s need to stop playing it so safe. Is it really that risky to try gathering international fanbase? Well, I’m not the one who understand the business and counting the money so perhaps it is really not that profitable it doesn’t even worth considering. Meh.
I’m not making any sense since I’m terribly sleepy here, but there must be something the company can actually do to help international fans if only they’re willing. Like, opening the fan-club memberships to non Japanese citizen (perhaps with different membership fee and benefits — emails as replacement of j-web or something). Put their songs to iTunes or some shit. Test the water first with the best-selling group. Put a survey to know how many fans willing to join the membership, which country where most of them come from, put some cds in the music store (we have koda kumi’s cds here, why not arashi’s?). Launched an official Johhny’s youtube channel. How’s Jin’s youtube going? Perhaps we should storm the channel to get more viewers (fyi, I’m not a fan of Jin) but why not? Some fans need to stop acting all high and mighty and bash each other for not being a ‘true’ fan.
Yeah, okay. I need to sleep. This will probably won’t make any sense to me when I wake up.

so the only way for us to be in the market is to be a Japanese citizen? going to Japan is go0d but living there is not an option for me..there’s nothing else we can rely on but watch over them illegally..it doesn’t sound go0d but it’s all we have..we don’t get all Japanese channel and not all stuff being broadcast in Japan are getting broadcasted here (TVJapan)..

^^This. Everything about this makes me want to cry. I would LOVE to watch them on my television, and yes, if given the opportunity, I would buy tickets for an Arashi concert legally. But I don’t have family in Japan, nor do I know anyone who would be willing to join the fan club.
I’m not talking about mauling anyone and I’m not going to wait outside of their houses and follow them in cars. But I want a chance to see my favorite band in concert. Even seeing them on TV would make my day so much better. I wish they would just acknowledge us! I buy their albums and concert DVDs when I can, but it’s so much harder outside of Japan than here!
Don’t they realize international fans are a HUGE part of their sales?? We need to do something about this. Right now.

some of the rules are not fair though, i mean. “Because of some people, it is very hard for us to do our own work. We would like to do concerts and events all over Japan and over the world” they don’t even try having concerts in states/europe or something (at least for Jin, he’s working on it, and i’m not even a fan of him),
also, “get rid of people who can’t follow these rules” = good bye international fans. =_=

johnny would probably support sopa….

Like most people that left their thoughts I’m hurt by this (the commercial comments), as international fans it’s hard to buy their releases legally when whe have to import it from Asian websites.
I’m brazilian, the other freakin’ side of the world and I’ve bought Arashi’s DVD online (not sure if it was yes asia or CD Japan…) BUT it’s not something easy/fair cause I ended up paying almost twice the price of the DVD because of shipping and coin conversion… and waited for almost 2 months to get my DVD.
We all dream of going to their concert but how can we? Pretty much nobody has a friend in Japan to get the tickets for us AND how many of us have the money to go all the way there even if we get the tickets?
Fansubbing is illegal? Yes, but it’s the only way non japanese speakers can understand them and oh, we don’t get to watch the TV shows legally in our countries.
Without any kind of effort to get international fans they have an enourmous fanbase spread around the globe! Due to piracy? Maybe, but in the end whenever we can we try to buy things legally - even if it is ridiculous expensive… Who doesn’t want the real thing, instead of the downloaded version?
They should have official YouTube channel’s at the very least… ;___;
I’m truly hurt because the way they said it made it look like we are the villains, the ‘pirates’ that have to “get rid of”.
That just sucks and I wished they payed attention to us, but honestly I don’t see it coming anytime soon…
Even if it was US and Europe (big music markets) it was already something… Unfortunately I’m afraid I’ll never get to see Arashi live =’(
